Team Spirit target zweih after strong Major debut

Team Spirit are looking to sign Nemiga’s star anchor Ivan "zweih" Gogin, sources who requested anonymity told HLTV.

Although it remains unclear whom he would replace on the roster, the 17-year-old occupies roles currently shared by Boris "magixx" Vorobiev and Myroslav "zont1x" Plakhotia. This suggests Spirit may be planning broader changes to the team composition.

zweih is considered one of the most promising young talents on the Russian-speaking CS2 scene. He joined Nemiga last year at the age of just 16 and has since maintained a 1.10 average rating, mostly competing against top-30 teams, building a reputation as an anchor in the making.

In just his first six months in the professional scene, his performances earned him a Bold Prediction mention from none other than his potential future teammate, Danil "donk" Kryshkovets.

To cap off a successful debut year, zweih recently played in his first Major in Austin, Texas, where he made a strong impression — posting a 1.21 rating in Stage 3 and a 1.28 in Stage 2 — leading Nemiga’s surprise run to the final Swiss stage of the tournament.
