Perfecto announces return to professional CS2: “Considering all options”
Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy, a professional Counter-Strike 2 player, has announced that he is currently looking for a new team. The statement was posted on his personal Telegram channel.
Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy said:
“Hey everyone, as you know, I spent about a year on the bench at Cloud9, and during that time I did receive invites from various teams, but due to certain circumstances, we couldn’t close the deal (one of the reasons was a fairly large buyout).
Just a couple of months ago, I finally became a free agent, so no buyout is required now, and I’m considering absolutely all options because I understand that my inactivity means I can’t fully (according to many) compete on equal terms with those who have been playing competitively all this time. But anyone who has played with or against me knows my true skill level. Therefore, I am ready to prove it again—not with words, but with my gameplay, no matter the level.
To this day, every day of my life, I dedicate myself to the game and training.
So to summarize, in case anyone forgot about me:
I’m a free agent, no buyout necessary, so if anyone needs to get in touch, those who need to know how to contact me already do.”

In April 2025, Perfecto became a free agent following a year of inactivity with Cloud9. During this period, he participated in show matches and various qualifiers as part of mixes with streamers and other free-agent professionals. It remains unknown where Zalutskiy will continue his career.
